Within the body of a church, are souls that belong. The vision of the modern place of worship is guided by the belief that religion sees all colours, understands every language and loves each individual as they are. In a progressive space stripped of pompous designs and structures, the overall design uses passive design cues to draw active participation to bring the community together as one body. The column-free auditorium adopts a circular front to convey an inclusive environment. Deliberate choice of darker materiality and an asymmetric cross translate equality and steadfastness in communication with the higher being. Irregularity of the “hive” pattern as storage faces furthers the design vision, while meeting functional needs for the church. As the symbolic colour of optimism, the house of God, uses hints of warm yellow to set its inviting tone at meeting rooms and greeting areas. As with the verse of the bible that reads: There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. , this modern church uses design as its tool to enhance the fundamental vision of the religion.
