Limau Walk

Designed to provide for the unique requirements of a work-from-home lifestyle, the project is crafted with a variety of alternative working locations, such as the front terrace, back terrace, front master balcony, and back balcony.

 

Each space has been individually dressed with slightly varying qualities, creating a host of alternative workspaces for the clients to choose from! Within the interior, an existing dark wood ceiling was retained, inspiring the timber materiality and linear elements that have been echoed throughout the architecture. This provides a singular cohesive design language that ties the various spaces together.

 

The tired façade of the existing architecture was also given an uplift, led by a simple principle of interlocking volumes. The resulting architecture is a modest addition and alteration project that features pockets of destination spaces, nestled within an elegant design that weaves work and life harmoniously within.
